John Glynn is Chief Executive Officer of Richards Group Inc., appointed in March 2025 after serving as President of Richards Packaging Inc. and Clarion Medical Technologies. As CEO, he led the company’s conversion from an income trust to a corporation, enhancing capital flexibility, and completed the acquisition of DermapenWorld, strengthening the Richards Health OEM portfolio alongside LUVO and WorldPRP and advancing international growth.
As President, Mr. Glynn established and began executing a strategic vision to
modernize packaging operations and scale the healthcare platform. He led enterprise-wide transformation across people, processes, and systems; rebuilt key leadership functions; improved working capital efficiency through inventory reduction; initiated a new ERP implementation; and oversaw multiple healthcare acquisitions to support disciplined, profitable growth.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Aritzia and Canada Goose, building commercial insights and omni-channel capabilities during periods of rapid global expansion. He began his career at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Glynn holds a HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Enzio Di Gennaro is Chief Financial Officer of Richards Group Inc., a role he has held since 2005. He is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy, capital markets activities, treasury, reporting, and governance, and has played a key role in supporting the organization’s long-term growth and acquisition strategy.
Prior to joining Richards, Mr. Di Gennaro served as Director of Finance at CPI Plastics Group and earlier in his career, he held treasury and finance leadership roles at AMEC and the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, where he was Manager, Finance & Treasury. He began his career at KPMG, gaining foundational experience in audit and financial reporting.
Caroline Murdoch is Chief Operating Officer of Richards Group, appointed in January 2026. She leads enterprise-wide operations, supply chain, and integration initiatives across the organization. She previously served as Executive Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Corporate Development, driving strategic growth and operational transformation.
Before joining Richards, Ms. Murdoch held senior leadership roles at GoBolt and Goodfood Market (TSX:FOOD), overseeing logistics, distribution networks, and third-party partnerships. She also spent five years at Canada Goose in supply chain and strategy roles, supporting global expansion, 3PL transformation, e-commerce integration, and IPO readiness.
She began her career in management consulting at PwC Canada, advising retail and consumer clients on business process and operational strategy. Ms. Murdoch brings deep expertise in operations, supply chain optimization, strategic planning, and large-scale change management
