In accordance with the Plan of Arrangement, no later than 60 days after the implementation of the Arrangement, the Company is required to provide our position with respect to the aggregate fair market value per Common Share as at the effective time of the exchange, based on the trading price of the Units and Common Shares. The Company has deemed the FMV of the transaction to be December 19th closing price of the RPI.UN Units. The transaction is taxable and would attract capital gains if your adjusted cost base is lower than the FMV of the Units at conversion.
